Beacon Hill Financial is currently seeking candidates for an Accounts Receivable Accountant role in the St. Louis, MO area. This role is contract to hire and hybrid after the training period. Responsibilities for this Accounts Receivable Accountant role are as follows:
- Set up new account information in billing system
- Contact new customers and answer any questions they may have
- Reconcile income accounts to expense accounts
- Prepare monthly reports with accuracy
- Run job cost report and pull invoices
- Prepare monthly grant reconciliations and update budgets
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- Strong Computer Skills
