Our client in the DFW area is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their team!
The AR Assistant will have experience in the following:
- Responsible for cash application
- Reconciile cash receipts against bank/payment processor reports
- Perform and analyze data entry
- Assist with month-end close activity
- Communicate with and assist Customer Accounts and Accounting Departments
- Minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable experience
- Experience utilizing ERP with OCR software and EDI transactions is a plus
