Our client in the DFW area is seeking a Controller to join their Accounting team!
The Controller will have experience in the following:
- Previous supervisory experience managing accounting professionals
- Strong cash management and banking treasury processes including factoring, multi-entities and collections experience
- Maintain banking covenants and factoring parameters for weekly cash infusion
- Maintain chart of accounts, prepare financials, regulatory and tax reporting, approval AP and journal entries
- Perform HR related functions including preparing payroll, tracking PTO, sourcing, onboarding, and training new employees
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required
- Experience in Agriculture, Construction, or Real-Estate/Land Development industries are a plus
