Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Ensures timely and accurate processing of client billing
- Maintains high level of service to internal and external clients
- Distributes billing proformas through our paperless system and ensures that all proformas are submitted to the Billing Department.
- Processes invoices using e-billing systems
- Audits e-billing systems to match Elite Enterprise system
- Attends to and follows-up with attorneys regarding appeal processes
- Other duties as assigned.
Must have working Knowledge of E-Billing*
Qualifications:
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
- 4+ years experience in legal billing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively as a team member as well as independently..
- Committed, dependable, and responsive to deadlines.
- Must possess a high degree of confidence and professional maturity and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
