Our client, a registered investment advisor, is seeking a Facilities Associate to join their NYC team. The hours are 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm and they are in the office 5 days a week. This is an outstanding opportunity to work at an office with a friendly and social culture!

Responsibilities:

• Order supplies, stock kitchen, oversee mail distribution, unpack food deliveries, maintain coffee machine, and assemble furniture
• Support Project Development and Delivery teams on capital and infrastructure projects
• Maintain physical appearance of office and communicate with building engineers or appropriate vendors to handle any repairs
• Manage floor plans; create scenarios for future seating possibilities for manager approval; run reports as needed
• Maintain internal guest calendar (work closely with Office Administrators and IT)
• Establish and track strategies for improving systems efficiency; prepare cost analyses and maintain facilities budget
• Provide onboarding support for new hires

Qualifications:

• 4 + years' of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Quick aptitude for learning new processes
• Space planning experience a must

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $85K - $90K Base depending on experience plus bonus
