Financial Services firm in Midtown, Manhattan is looking to hire a Temp to Perm Facilities Coordinator. This Coordinator will be a part of a 4-person team which helps to support the office which is comprised of 4 floors and a conference center. Must feel comfortable being on your feet moving throughout the office all day. Day to day you will bind documents for meetings, setup and breakdown the conference rooms before and after meetings, deliver mail, handle packages, prepare coffee, stock supplies, pick up food deliveries from the lobby and some light facilities tasks ie changing a lightbulb or putting together a piece of furniture if needed. Horus will range between 8am - 6pm depending on the shift. They want someone who is team oriented and willing to help out wherever and whenever needed. Should have 6 + months of corporate experience managing similar tasks. Salary is paying between 50K - 55K DOE + Paid OT + Great Benefits.
