A manufacturing company is looking to add a Financial Analyst to their FP&A team. This company is poised for substantial growth and has a fun, collaborative and philanthropic culture. In addition, they are located in the King of Prussia area and have a hybrid schedule.

The person in this role will focus on reporting, analysis, data integrity, modeling, metrics, forecasting and budgeting. This is a highly visible position that requires developing and maintaining effective relationships across the entire organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation, analysis, and presentation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Analyze and report on key drivers of division and company performance, including monthly and quarterly reporting and variance analysis.
  • Develop reporting to drive divisional performance and focus customer purchasing behavior.
  • Develop financial models and methods to analyze trends utilized in both short and medium-term forecasts.
  • Analyze financial and operational data, draw thoughtful conclusions and presents recommendations on options, decisions and actions.
  • Perform what-if analyses on new business opportunities and acquisitions.
  • Track and model new Business Unit initiatives as directed.
  • Special projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics; MBA or relevant Graduate Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Experience with data warehousing and reporting-tools; preferably Oracle Business Intelligence, Qlik Business Intelligence, Crystal Reports or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Exceptional Excel skills including advanced formulas, macros, data tables, sensitivity analysis, and simulations.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation.
