We are working with a premier law firm in the Southeast seeking an experienced transactional associate for their Financial Services practice in Charlotte, NC. Ideal candidate will have at least four years of transactional experience in finance and must have an advanced knowledge of credit agreements, note purchase agreements, warrants and the ancillary documentation. Typical transactions include representation of private equity firms, direct lenders and other investors making structured capital investments.
Experienced lateral candidates, including partner-level, encouraged to apply whether or not they have portable business.
