Billing Specialist - Boston, MA
We are assisting our client, a Boston based global investment firm, with their immediate opening for a Billing Specialist to join their team on a contract to hire basis. They are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree, preferably with past Billing or Accounts Receivable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing invoices for thousands of clients
- Handling write-offs and un-billed balances for customer accounts
- Cash receipts, financial reporting, revenue reporting
- Resolve complex billing issues, escalating concerns to the Billing Managers
