Procurement and Logistics Assistant - Cambridge, MA
We are working with a client in the bio-tech industry who is looking to add a Procurement Assistant to their finance team. They will be joining a team that will be tracking large purchase orders. This role is on-site daily. The position is a long term contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Support analyst that are responsible for specific regional distribution with daily logistical items
- Track large purchase orders to ensure proper quantities for distribution
- Work closely with shipment to review COGS, sales orders, and volume
- Resolve discrepancies in purchase orders and distribution items
Qualified candidates must have their degree and at least an internship of relevant accounting, finance, procurement, or logistics experience. G-Mail and Google Docs experience is highly preferred.
