Collections Specialist - HYBRID BOSTON!

Our client, a software company known globally, is seeking a Collections Specialist for a long term contract. In this Collections Specialist role, you will report directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager and be a part of a robust team of Collections and Accounts Receivable Specialists. The Collections Specialist role will be responsible for collecting on past due accounts with customers. In this role, job duties will include email/phone follow up to customers trying to collect on outstanding receivables, email/phone follow up with internal resources in sales or billing to help resolve issues impacting collections, updating notes on customer accounts on progress, and participate in team meetings to give updates on accounts.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of collections in a Business to Business setting
• Experience working with multiple systems for tracking past due and collections accounts
• Ability to track progress and multitask
• Exposure to NetSuite is a plus
