Accounts Payable Specialist- Hybrid
We are working with a Cambridge based Pharmaceutical company to assist with an immediate opening for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a hybrid role that will require working on-site a couple days a week and the remainder from home.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily invoice processing.
- Ensure that invoices receive the proper systematic approvals in strict accordance with company policies.
- Ensure accuracy within account coding transactions, project coding, department allocation, and posting dates.
- Interact consistently with vendors and internal customers to address inquiries
- Responsible for vendor relationship management.
- Support the requisition to payment function including proactively supporting business needs to ensure timely resolution of issues and discrepancies.
- Responsible for reconciliation of monthly corporate credit card and assist with expense reporting review.
- Adhoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of AP processing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Netsuite experience required
- Bill.com preferred
