Accounts Payable Specialist- Hybrid in Danvers
We are working with a client in the health-care space who is seeking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to their growing team. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to convert to permanent employment. In this role you will be joining a team of 2 processing 2500 invoices a month using SAP. This role is currently hybrid with 2-3 days in their Danvers office. Qualified candidates will have a degree, 2+ years of relevant experience and have used mid to large accounting systems.
Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely processing of incoming invoices into SAP
- High-volume preparation of weekly payments (checks/ACH/wire/credit card), ensuring accuracy /completeness of invoice data and approvals
- Assist with month-end close process
