Payroll Analyst- Hybrid in Danvers

We are working with a client in the healthcare space who is seeking to add a Payroll Analyst to their growing team This role will start as a temporary position with the opportunity to convert to a permanent employee and is also hybrid in their Danvers office 2-3 days a week. In this position you will be assisting the payroll team by processing biweekly, semimonthly and quarterly payroll for hourly and salary employees using ADP WFN. Qualified candidates will have ADP WFN experience, 5+ years of payroll experience and ability to work hybrid on site.

Responsibilities:

• Process all payrolls using ADP Workforce Now including time and attendance system.
• Process year-end W-2's and related year-end filings.
• Prepare journal entries to record labor & payroll related accruals; reconcile various payroll related accounts to general ledger; reconcile ADP system with general ledger system results of general ledger account reconciliations.
• Prepare 401k contribution summary
