Payroll Consultant - Boston, MA
Our client, a growing pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Payroll Consultant to join their team on a 2-4 month contract basis and assist with bringing their payroll process in-house. This role will manage the payroll process and applicants must be able to accommodate a commute to Boston on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities:
- Bi-weekly payroll processing for 400-500 multi-state employees
- Handle all payroll taxes and year-end filings
- Update any new hires, terminations, or pay rate changes
- Resolve payroll related issues and act as the payroll contact for employees
- Assist with audits
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of multi-state payroll experience
- Experience using ADP is required
- Advanced Excel skills
- Comfortable working independently and owning the payroll process
