Senior Accountant - Boston/Hybrid

Our client, a well known investment firm in Boston, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their Corporate Accounting team! Some responsibilities include assisting the Corporate Accounting Supervisor and Manager with any special projects, information requests, external year-end requests that are received by the Business Units.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Record all cash transactions processed in a month
• Assist the team with any special projects, information requests, external year-end audits requests, etc.
• Complete work associated with the month-end close process.
• Provide support, preparation and review of monthly analytics used in monthly/quarterly reporting process.
• Provide any additional analysis and review required in support of the year-end financial statement process.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong technical skills (i.e., Excel, SAP) preferred!
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting is a plus!
• 1+ years relevant experience
