Accounts Payable Specialist
Our client, a privately held American clothing brand is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team! The ideal candidate will be able to go into the office in Boston, MA on Tuesdays & Thursdays; parking is available!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the accounts payable process and travel expense reimbursements.
- Enter all invoices/vouchers for payment processing in a timely manner and properly code and record expenses to the appropriate cost center/general ledger account. Obtain department head approvals as required.
- Run weekly A/P aging report and process weekly vendor payments via check run, Amex and ACH.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance preferred!
- 2+ years of work experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable processing is a plus!
- Experience with Concur/Microsoft SL is a plus
