Supervisor, Advisory Billing
Our client, a Boston based global investment firm, is seeking a Supervisor of Advisory Billing to join their team! This will be a hybrid working schedule, requiring to be in the Boston office at least 4 times/month. This position will oversee the data collection process, fee calculations and invoicing of all asset-based fees.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the processes involved to collect portfolio data needed to calculate the quarterly fees for clients.
- Oversee the maintenance of the database used to store each client's fee schedule and manager level detail.
- Oversee the invoicing of asset-based fees
- Ad-hoc requests for data related to clients, contracts, fees and services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree preferred!
- Strong excel skills is a plus!
- 4+ years billing experience & 1+ years supervisory experience preferred!
