AR & Billing Specialist - Boston, MA
Our client, a technology organization headquartered in Boston, is seeking an AR & Billing Specialist to join their team on a contract basis! This role will report to the Director of Shared Services & be a remote position!
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the global invoicing cycle
- Record daily cash receipts accurately, apply to invoices, and research discrepancies
- Ensure Sales Orders are processed
- Analyze and resolve billing and pricing discrepancies in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance preferred!
- Strong excel skills
