Accounts Payable & Travel and Expense Specialist - Boston, MA
Our client, an oncology-focused biopharmaceutical company, is seeking an Accounts Payable & Travel and Expense Specialist to join their team! This will be a hybrid working schedule, requiring 3 days a week onsite. This position will report to the Corporate Controller and support the day-to-day operations within the Finance Department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle A/P
- Ensure timely processing and payment of invoices
- Review T&E reports for accuracy and compliance
- Support the monthly closing process, including preparation of accounts payable reconciliation
- Assist with Purchase Order setups
- Assist with ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant A/P and T&E experience is a plus!
- Excel experience preferred!
