Order to Cash (OTC) Manager - Remote
Our client, a computer and network security company located in Bedford, MA is seeking an Order to Cash (OTC) Manager to join their team! This would be an entirely remote position. This role would report directly to the Controller and will be considered the go-to person for Billing and Collections.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of 3
- Query management, credit control & debt collection
- Delegate projects & ad-hoc reporting projects as needed
- Improve and implement processes
Qualifications:
- NetSuite experience is a plus, specifically in Billing!
- Worked for a software company and/or a global company is a plus, but not required!
