Senior Financial Analyst / Associate Manager of FP&A - Cambridge, MA
Our client, a biotechnology research company, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst/Associate Manager of FP&A to join their team! This position will be a hybrid working schedule, ideally onsite 3 days a week in Cambridge, MA. This position will report to the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and will play a supportive role in management by reporting processes & financial analysis projects for the team!
Responsibilities:
- Support for all aspects of management reporting
- Collaborate closely with accounting team to perform and execute projects.
- Lead the development of management dashboards.
- Assist with Annual Operation Plan and quarterly forecast data consolidation process.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years equivalent relevant experience in financial analysis is a plus!
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is preferred
- Excel & PowerPoint skills preferred!
