Accounts Payable Manager - Boston, MA
Our client, a local real estate company, is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join their team! This role will be responsible for all aspects of the AP cycle, it's business connects & clients as needed. This role will be 100% onsite in Boston, MA. This position will report directly to the Accounting Manager and will be essential to the team; providing accounting and reporting support as required.
Responsibilities:
- Execution & management of AP workflow
- Review and manage third party data entry
- Monitor bank accounts, vendor invoices and daily wire log
- Assist with monthly & year-end closing process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred
- 4+ years of accounts payable/accounting experience preferred!
- Experience in Microsoft Office is preferred
- Experience using Yardi accounting software is a plus!
