Payables Assistant - Marlborough, MA
Our client, a leading operator of membership warehouse clubs, is seeking a Payables Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis! This position will be initially onsite in Marlborough, MA then will be moved to remote work on Monday's & Friday's.
Responsibilities:
- Review and batch aprons and paper invoices
- Prepare and process uploads for statement billing
- Work with various departments to clear invoices in suspense
Qualifications:
- 3+ years AP experience preferred!
