Payroll Administrator
Our client, a non-profit organization specializing in serving adults with disabilities and their families, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team! This role will start off fully onsite in Lynn, MA for training purposes, but once up and running, can transition to a hybrid work schedule. This position will report to the Controller and be mainly responsible for the preparation, documentation, distribution and reconciliation of bi-weekly payroll. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the administration of the payroll system which includes the records, systems and reports.
Responsibilities:
- Monitors all agency labor allocations according to agency budgets
- Overall implementation, administration and data integrity of payroll related systems
- Maintains up-to-date awareness of agency, staff and program issues and info
- Additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting preferred
- 4+ years of equivalent experience processing payroll
- Experience in MS Office Products, MS Excel
