Staff Accountant (Part Time)
Our client, a biotechnology company specializing in the development of advanced therapies for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, is seeking a Part-Time Staff Accountant to support their team on a contract basis for approximately 12-15 hours a week. The ideal candidate would be able to come onsite Tuesdays or Thursdays to their Seaport office!
Responsibilities:
- Daily management of accounts payable
- Monthly reconciliation of AP Ledger
- Processing of vendor invoices
- Payment processing
- Payroll journal entries
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus
- Experience using Great Plains or QuickBooks preferred!
- Biotech industry experience is a nice to have, but not required!
