Payroll Manager
Our client, a non-profit organization offering a wide range of mental health care, developmental and brain injury services, is seeking a Payroll Manager to join their team! This role will be a hybrid working schedule, requesting a few days a week in Dedham, MA. The Payroll Manager role will report to the Director of Accounting and will have responsibility for the management of payroll reporting and payroll processes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the payroll department
- Monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting
- Business Partnering (business partner to divisional leadership and Human Resources for payroll related support)
- Suggest improvements in operational processes
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of supervisory experience
- 8+ years of payroll experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Working knowledge of UltiPro system is a plus!
