AR Billing and Collections Specialist
Our client, a 3D printing manufacturing company is looking to hire an AR/AP Specialist. This role will be onsite at the Waltham location and estimated to be around 6+ months. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of relevant experience and able to work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Process daily ACH & Check payments
- Apply cash to appropriate accounts
- Research and reconcile account discrepancies
- Assist with monthly adhoc projects
- Assist with Accounts Payable invoices and help manage the AP in box
- Manage and report incoming payments, properly tracking them into the system to maintain accurate records
