Accounting Manager
Our client, a full-service life safety company, is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their growing team in Medford, MA. This position will start onsite to begin and will then transition to a hybrid working schedule. This role will work under the Controller and be responsible for the day-to-day transactional responsibilities within the department.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Preparing monthly financial statements
- Business activity reporting
- Financial forecasts on a regular basis
- Manage month end, quarterly and year end closing processes
- Prepare, review and analyze financial statements
- Manage general ledger
- Oversee daily cash management
- Manage staff performance
Qualifications:
- Experience managing at least 3 people
- GL experience
- Cost/project accounting experience is highly preferred!
