Accounts Payable Coordinator
Our client, a private institution, is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis. This will require one day onsite in Wellesley, MA. This position will assist with managing the accounts payable process.
Responsibilities:
- Vendor relations
- AP process - invoice processing, verification & payment processing
- Reconciliation
- Documentation and record keeping
- Reporting
- Compliance and audit support
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of related experience
- Knowledgeable in various accounting reconciliations
- Workday Financials experience is a plus!
