Accounts Payable Specialist
Our client, a printing manufacturing company, is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team! This role will be onsite at the Waltham location and estimated to be around 3-6 months long. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of relevant experience & the ability to work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Process daily invoices
- Research and reconcile account discrepancies
- Check the AP inbox
- Answer any AP emails- customer service
- Assist with expenses when needed
- Assist with month end when needed
- Assist with monthly adhoc projects
