General Ledger Accountant
We are working with a travel agency who is seeking to add a General Ledger Accountant to their corporate team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role will start on-site in Boston, MA for training purposes and then transition to a hybrid working schedule. The role will be handling journal entries, balance sheets and AP/AR. Requirements include: 3+ years of G/L experience, strong excel skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly balance sheets
- Prepare journal entries
- Monthly cash flow projections
- Assist with auditors
- Income statement analysis
- Accruals and reconciliations
- Month end close process
- Miscellaneous accounting related projects
