Payroll Contractor - Boston, MA
We are working with an consulting company located in the Boston area looking to hire a Payroll Contractor. Their Accounting and Finance Team is seeking a Payroll Contractor to provide support for 6 months as they are transitioning from ADP Workforce Now to Workday.
Responsibilities:
* Process payroll for 900 US based employees across 6 offices and several states.
* Provide support for the Payroll Manager as needed for international payroll processing.
* Review the earnings, deductions, and accrual codes.
* Help determine if codes are set up, reporting, taxing, tracking correctly.
* Assist with payroll journal entries and general ledger functions.
Qualifications:
* 3-5+ years of payroll processing experience
* Multistate payroll required
* ADP Workforce Now required
* Workday preferred
