Senior Grant Accountant - Waltham, MA
We are assisting our client with their search for a Senior Grant Accountant. This is a true temp-to-permanent opportunity that requires an understanding of the federal/university grant operations and knowledge of relevant sponsor regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Monitors accounts receivable balances
- Grant close-out process
- Grant reporting schedules - update and maintaining them
- Prepared invoices
- Follows up on cash collections
- Perform all award accounting, monthly and annual financial reporting, reconciliation, and analysis
- Assist with preparation for audits
- Ensure compliance with internal and external controls and conditions set by each grant sponsor
