Senior Accounts Payable Specialist - Hybrid / Waltham, MA
We're looking for a skilled Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to support our staff accountant with various accounts payable functions. The Finance department handles the firm's financial records, financial modeling, strategy recommendations, and corporate business planning. In this role, you will assist the team with timely vendor and employee reimbursements and support payroll and accounts payable functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan invoices into the PaperSave document imaging and approval workflow system.
- Code invoices and enter them into our accounting system.
- Maintain contractor activity records using Excel.
- Mail vendor checks with remittance advice as needed.
- Process check runs when required.
Core Strengths and Skills:
- Experience with Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics accounting software is a plus!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
