Financial Analyst - Hybrid
The Financial Analyst will analyze historical and current financial data to estimate future revenues and expenditures. They will develop financial models to assist organizational decision-making and create financial plans and reports for leadership. The role also involves evaluating capital expenditures.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Financial Operations Team to manage daily funding activities and financial data entry.
- Process new R&D program start packages, manage program Period of Performance and Total Estimated Cost increases, and handle funding de-obligation requests.
- Monitor programs experiencing deficits and coordinate remediation efforts.
- Assist with financial briefings for the Financial Operations Team.
- Work with the Planning & Analysis section to maintain charts in the SAP Analytics Cloud Financial Performance Dashboard.
- Support the preparation of monthly reports, including the Contract Data Requirements List execution report.
- Aid the Financial Operations Team with POC updates, program closeouts, and other financial transactions.
- Undertake additional projects and analyses as required.
