Part Time Bookkeeper
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage financial records and transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of accounting tasks, including accounts receivable and payable processing, billing and invoicing reconciliation, and overdue account management. This role also involves maintaining accurate records through filing and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts receivable and payable using QuickBooks.
- Reconcile billing and invoicing discrepancies.
- Manage overdue accounts and follow up as necessary.
- Maintain accurate financial records through systematic filing.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a bookkeeping role preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
