Fund Accountant - Hybrid Opportunity!
Our client is seeking a team of Fund Accountants to join the Fund Accounting team for a 4-5 month project! In these Fund Accountant roles, the team is looking for support during the annual year end audit process. The Fund Accountant positions assists with any accounting, auditing and financial reporting duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist team in preparing tax workpapers
Book journal entries in Accounting software
Update financial statement documents in Word
Run reports from Accounting software
Scan documents into information database
Save support documents for team and audit firms
Additional projects as needed based on skill and experience level
EDUCATION, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in accounting/finance or related discipline preferred
Strong data organization and analytical skills required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including
