Our client, an association management firm located in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Administrative & Member Coordinator to assist their Government Affairs team!

About You:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
  • 1+ years of professional experience; customer service and non-profit experience are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
  • Strong detail orientation, time management, and organizational skills are required.

The Job:

  • Manage meeting communications via phone and email.
  • Maintain and update meeting databases.
  • Provide day-of logistics support for the meeting
  • Create weekly email updates and provide inbox assistance for members.
  • Other duties as assigned.
