A client of ours in the consumer product and goods sector is seeking to hire a Senior HR Business Partner. The ideal candidate should have experience in talent management, employee relations, and succession planning, preferably within the CPG or retail sector.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leaders to identify key employee's professional development needs and ensure there is a consistent focus on talent development.
- Develop proactive employee relations initiatives and tools to support and empower leaders to resolve issues.
- Provise support to the Talent Acquisition team to recruit top talent.
- Partner with leaders to execute succession planning strategies.
Qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of HR Business Partner experience
- Previous experience working in Corporate and/or Retail environments
