Our client, a medium-sized healthcare organization in the Boston area, is looking to hire a TA Sourcer & Coordinator to join their Talent Team. In this role, you will support hiring by completing market research and developing a qualified candidate pool. You will likewise support candidate experience, scheduling, posting jobs, and additional recruiting projects as necessary. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in the HR or Recruiting space.

Responsibilities:
- Creatively identify and attract qualified candidates via job postings, resume databases, social media, and networking
- Participate in job fairs, information sessions, and special recruiting events as needed
- Support the development and execution of DEI related projects, including Employee Resource Groups, an Employee Referral Program, and a strategic hiring program
- Determine Diversity & Inclusion recruiting effectiveness through reporting and data analytics
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Recruiting or HR experience
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail
- Customer service driven attitude, with strong organizational and project management skills
