Our client, an investment management firm in the Boston area, is seeking to hire a Vice President of Talent Management. Some responsibilities include:
- Learning and Development initiatives through developing a training strategy that is consistent with the organization
- Design programs to develop employees, including mentoring and leadership development
- Assess current performance management processes and recommend improvements
- Conduct performance assessments with employees and managers
- Provide Perofmrance management training and coaching
- Work with managers to understand deparment specific skills in talent management initiatives
- Provide targeted learning opportunities based on identified skills as needed
Ideally, this role would require someone to be onsite in Boston 3 days / week.
