Our client, a small insurance firm, is seeking an HR Associate to join their team. This individual will play a key role on the HR team, with a focus on recruitment support, onboarding, updating employee files, and HR reporting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of HR experience, with ADP experience preferred.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, with industry experience preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
