Our client is looking for a Help Desk Analyst on a contract to hire basis. This position will be working onsite in Cleveland.

This person would specifically have to support the 50-75 MSN (managed service network) clients. The sales department sells msn and the help desk will support these clients. The MSN clients are top priority. 90% of the time the analyst will be in the office, but they are expected to travel to client sites quarterly.

Technical Requirements:

  • Linux & Windows Environments
  • Previous help desk experience
  • Experience with managed service providers is a plus
  • COMP TIA Certification: Must have one
  • Microsoft certification : Must have one
  • May be assigned one project a day to help clients
