Our client in Philadelphia is looking for a Help Desk Manager to join their team. This is a permanent role starting as a contract-to-hire with a very stable and well-known organization.
Position Description:
- Manage several leads and 30-35 team members (scheduling, KPI reporting)
- Run daily conference bridge
- Engage with other teams as needed
- HR responsibilities to hire/fire
- Possible On call rotation every 5 weeks - 1 week at a time
- Break/fix, Conference bridges, troubleshooting, engaging other teams to help resolve issues, KPI reporting, scheduling, hiring/firing, multitasking between multiple teams with multiple goals, ability to say no
Required skills:
- Experience managing a large help desk team in an enterprise environment, closing a high volume of calls (30,000 to 35,000/month)
- Healthcare industry experience a must
