Position Description:

  • Provide phone support for various customers

  • Resolving tickets in a timely fashion
  • Assist with software and hardware related issues

Required Skills:

  • Great customer service skills
  • 1+ years of customer support experience
  • 1+ years of experience in IT support center environment
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Basic troubleshooting experience
