Aha! Roadmaps Administrator - Remote

6-12 month contract

Responsibilities:

  1. User Management:
    • Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
    • Ensure that users have the appropriate access levels based on their roles.
    • Train new users on how to use Aha! Roadmaps effectively.
  2. Customization and Configuration:
    • Customize Aha! Roadmaps to fit the organization's specific needs.
    • Configure custom fields, workflows, templates, and views.
    • Set up and maintain product hierarchies, portfolios, and workspaces.
  3. Integration Management:
    • Set up and manage integrations with other tools such as Jira, Slack, Azure DevOps, and more.
    • Ensure data syncs correctly between Aha! Roadmaps and integrated tools.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues.
  4. Data Management:
    • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data within Aha! Roadmaps.
    • Import and export data as needed.
    • Archive old projects and clean up outdated information.
  5. Support and Troubleshooting:
    • Provide support to users and answer any questions related to Aha! Roadmaps.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that users encounter.
    • Liaise with Aha! support if technical issues arise that cannot be resolved internally.
  6. Reporting and Analytics:
    • Generate and distribute reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
    • Analyze data to provide insights into product performance and team productivity.
    • Configure and manage custom reports to meet the organization's needs.
  7. Best Practices and Governance:
    • Establish and enforce best practices for using Aha! Roadmaps.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal processes and standards.
  8. Roadmap and Release Planning:
    • Assist product managers with roadmap creation and maintenance.
    • Ensure that roadmaps are up-to-date and accurately reflect current plans.
    • Help track progress on releases, features, and initiatives.
  9. Training and Onboarding:
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops for new and existing users.
    • Create and update training materials and documentation.
    • Ensure users are aware of new features and updates to the software.
  10. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Act as a liaison between product teams and other stakeholders.
    • Communicate updates, changes, and best practices to the user community.
    • Gather feedback from users to improve the utilization of Aha! Roadmaps.
