House Manager to $110k!

Our client, an active Cambridge-based family, is seeking a talented, organized, energetic and dependable House Manager to oversee multiple properties across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The House Manager will be expected to anticipate property maintenance needs and provide direct support to homeowners and staff as needed. Responsibilities include overseeing all household and landscape contractors and vendors, coordinating the execution of repairs and renovations, managing household bills and invoices, assisting in the planning and execution of all household events including birthday parties, holiday gatherings and any other miscellaneous events, and any other household/organizational projects as needed. The qualified candidate will have experience as a Property manager or in a similar role; demonstrated ability to exercise good judgement, multi-task, and follow through on assignments; posesses excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; have a willingness to travel domestically to manage properties. A degree and/or skilled trade or technical background is highly preferred.
