Our client, an association supporting women-owned businesses, is seeking a direct-hire HR Administrator to join their busy Human Resources team!
About You:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years of hands-on Generalist/Manager level experience.
- Bachelor's Degree is required; SHRM certification is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and ATS experience required.
- Familiarity with employment compliance, laws, and practices.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with comfortability in handling confidential information and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule (1-2x/week) in the Washington, DC office.
The Job:
- Responsible for HR documentation including the management of personnel records, preparation of offer letters, and handling of other required HR documentation.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to support drafting job descriptions, posting job openings on various outlets, and coordinating candidate interviews.
- Manage employee relations and internal employee communications.
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees.
- Utilize the ATS and HRIS to maintain candidate and employee profiles and hiring processes.
- Assist with performance management and complete additional duties as needed.
