Our client, a racial equity research firm, is looking for an HR Administrator, specializing in Benefits and Onboarding, to join their team. This role is Temp to Hire. In this role, you will beresponsible for the coordination and administration of the organization's benefits plans, wellness programs, onboarding, collaboration with payroll, HRIS management, and the enforcement of related policies. This ideal candidate for this role must have previous experience in the key HR areas identified, delivers excellent customer service, and be committed to ensuring the wellbeing of our employees. Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in HR Administration.
- Previous experience in handling benefits, HRIS Administration and onboarding.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and independently achieve results and objectives.
- Strong technical expertise including experience with ADP/Enterprise and ADP Reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field a plus.
- PHR or SHRM-CP a plus.
*Compensation commensurate with experience.
